Direct Bookings: A current Mastercard or Visa credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm a reservation, 20% (refundable) deposit at time of booking. FULL PAYMENT WILL BE PROCESSED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Direct bookings do not incur a credit card surcharge.
The credit card will be held as security against your reservation and utilised for any applicable cancellation or non-arrival fee, charges made against the room and any damage caused by misuse or carelessness.
OTA: Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation 30 days before arrival.
Direct Bookings: You can cancel for free up to 30 days prior to check in. A cancellation less than 30 days of the arrival date will incur full charge of the total reservation fee.
OTA: The Guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
Group Booking & Cancellation Policy: 20% (non-refundable) deposit is taken on booking confirmation.
Easter, School Holidays & New Year Booking Policy: 20% (non-refundable) deposit is taken. Balance is taken 60 days prior to arrival.

SMOKING/VAPING: For the comfort of all our guests Marina Terrace is a smoke and vape free property, in all locations in and around the complex. In the event of someone smoking/vaping anywhere on the property, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income, to the registered guest.
VISITORS/NOISE/PETS: Visitors are permitted at management discretion, until 10pm. (Maximum 2 visitors per room).
Guests are not permitted to host parties or similar events.
The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all visitors whilst on the property. Deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour, will be charged to the registered guest.
Intoxicated guests or visitors who become rowdy and unruly will be evicted. Any valid complaints from other guests about noise or inappropriate behaviour will result in eviction of both guests and/or visitors and the local police will be advised.
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Management will not be held responsible for any valuables left behind.
Guest will be charged for any replacement of lost or damaged keys.
CHILD POLICY: Persons under the age of 21 years may not occupy a room on their own.
EXTRA PERSONS: Any extra people staying not declared in the booking may be asked to leave, and additional charges may be added to the account.
CLEANING: Room cleaning standards are very high, and we appreciate the room being left tidy. Management reserve the right to charge an additional fees if the room is left in such a state that additional cleaning is required. We also reserve the right to charge for loss of income if the room cannot be made available due to additional cleaning needs.
PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT: Payment will be taken prior to check-in. A credit card is to be provided to cover all charges that may be made against the room.
Any unpaid account will incur late payment fees and collection costs.
LIABILITY AGREEMENT: In consideration of the accommodation and services provided I acknowledge that I am liable for all accommodation charges and fees, and any other charges relating to my accommodation including damage, theft or loss, to the property.
Marina Terrace recognises its responsibility to keep confidential at all times, information, data, and details that are collected and stored in the process of providing an accommodation service.
We do not support the viewing, downloading, or streaming of offensive or copyright material using the provided internet facility, and we will provide full support to any investigating authority.
