First, there are no "bad" suites at Marina Terrace. All look out at the beautiful lake and mountains beyond. They are furnished with super high end appliances and features. They are very comfortable. All great. However, if you are looking for the best of the best, avoid a first floor room. Specifically request a 3rd floor apartment or 2nd floor if no 3rd floor are available on your dates. You will have a more expansive view of the lake, whereas the first floor are obstructed on the sides. Still a beautiful spot, and the high end Fisher & Paykel appliances, heated bathroom floors, high end gas fireplace, wash/dry combo unit, 6 seat in-room hot tub, electric shades, Wood frame art TV and on and on, a great experience, and walking distance from the town center . Took away one star because they put us on the first floor for the same price paid as an upper floor unit, but still a recommended place.

Very impressive place. The management is so thoughtful. Every design and equipment is over our expectations. Perfect spot for sunset and sunrise.

Studio is modern, clean and cozy, location is quiet and convenient.
No service during stay thus no comment to it.
But one thing I’d like to suggest, taps in bathtub and also wash basin are too long with sharp shape, I accidentally bumped into the tap and scraped my skin while getting out of the bath.

Marina Terrace is my dream house! The apartment is modern design, facing the lake, clean and equipped with everything, just like your own house! We love it very much and enjoyed staying here for two nights. We hope we will have a chance to come back again.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything we needed. Very clean and we had the view of the lake which was wonderful to wake up to. Great facilities. Would definitely come back again.

A beautiful complex in the heart of Wanaka! Easy walk to town, lovely view of the water, marina and water activities. This is a nice, higher end complex including undercover parking. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed including a washer & dryer. Great interior and exterior porch space. Management was extremely easy to work with and the checkin/out process very simple. I highly recommend Marina Terrace!!

Stunning space … well appointed, modern and spaxious apartment and all amenities we needed were covered.

Assistance from reception when needed was friendly and outstanding.

Easy walk into Wanaka or can self cater if you desire.

Top floor meant total privacy with hours spent on the deck relaxing and enjoying the landscape views.

These are beautiful apartments with lovely views over Lake Wanaka and only a short walk into the centre of town. Our apartment #38 had its own coffee machine to make barista style coffees every morning before heading out for the day. We were a family of 5 and I would 100% recommend these apartments for families as the are comfortable, spacious and well appointed.

We had a lovely stay at Marina Terrace for a week before Christmas. Communication and check in was seamless and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. The appliances were top grade and almost new, the bedding was glorious and the 2 fireplaces were a dream. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The views and location were a highlight. I would highly recommend Marina Terrace.

Close to Downtown Wanaka. Nice outlook. Very modern and well appointed. Our only concern was the air conditioning system was linked to the adjoining apartment and our studio didn't have any control over the A/C at all.

Such a fabulous complex and the apartments are so well appointed. We stayed there as a group of friends in two three bedroom apartments and all 11 of us loved it! The location is perfect and the views exceptional! Will be back for sure!

We stayed in a Studio apartment overlooking Lake Wanaka, and a short walk from the town.|This is a large complex of individual apartments. The studio was clean and reasonablly spacious but soul-less. Security is paramount, the key-card opened a total of three doors.|The view of the lake was good and the room was quiet despite being at the front, on a busy road.|Laundry facilities were useful, shared with our studio and the neighbour.|The room wasn't serviced throughout our 3-night stay, but this was commonplace for self-catering accommodation.
